Parcels at SPOT

SPOT uses MyPup for deliveries. Instead of couriers coming to your door, your parcels are collected and delivered together to secure lockers in the building — so nothing gets left in the hallway and you pick up whenever it suits you.

How MyPup works

Order anything online and have it sent to SPOT as usual.
MyPup collects parcels from all couriers and delivers them together to the lockers in your building.
You get a notification in the MyPup app with a code.
Open the locker with the app whenever suits you.

Where to collect

The MyPup lockers are inside SPOT. Your residents' commission can confirm the exact building and floor.
